Tofu Tikka Masala Kebabs
Serves 4:
400 gms tofu (cut into cubes)
2 bell peppers (cut into cubes)
1 onion (cut into cubes)
1 tsp tikka masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
150 gms vegan/regular yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
•In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, spices, tofu, onions & peppers.
•Make sure to marinate it atleast for 30 mins to get that amazing flavour.
•After 30 mins, arrange the tofu & veggies on metal or bamboo skewers( soak bambooskewersin water to avoid burning) & fry them on a griller pan on all sides until charred.
•Serve hot with chutney & lemon wedges.
