The Everyday + Taco Seasoning Shakshuka with Everything Bagel

I’m terrible at recipes but let’s try the Israelidelicious way!

Chop up an onion, a big one, if it’s small add two - Honestly however much or little onion you want is the perfect amount.

Sautee for a couple of minutes with your oil of choice, I used olive.

Next comes the garlic. Again, add as much as you want, if you get tired after three cloves of garlic. That’s the amount you need. For a trick and also for the right consistency I always grate my garlic.

Optional veggies to add (Zucchini, eggplant, spinach, green onion)

DON'T FORGET TO SALT YOUR FOOD! And now is the perfect time!

Add in a small container of tomato paste and sautee in the oils, add one spoon of on the rack by Israelidelicious The Everyday Seasoning and one spoon of the taco seasoning. Again, as much or as little as you want. I think I added 2-3 Tablespoons but then ended up adding more later. It’s best to add now to bring out flavor.

Stir in a can of crushed tomatoes and let everything simmer for at least 15 minutes.

Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.

Garnish with chopped parsley or basil and your favorite cheese and Everything Bagel Seasoning!
